Self Love

"Before SassClass, I felt so unhappy in my body and it was impacting my mental health and self worth. I remember how I nervous I felt for my first class. I had no dance training, and I was worried people would think I was too old to start dancing or had the wrong body type. But it was the exact opposite -- so incredibly welcoming and empowering! I’ve learned that my body is capable of so much more than I could’ve imagined. I've learned it's okay to make mistakes. I feel so much more comfortable in my own skin, even when I see areas I was once scared to accept, I now see them and love them. I’m incredibly thankful to be part of the SassClass community!"
Self Confidence

"The confidence I've gained through SassClass has trickled down into all areas of my life. I find myself speaking up more at work, solidifying my boundaries with friends and family, and feeling unafraid to express myself in ways where I used to previously hold back. Most importantly, I feel worthy and deserving of being seen and heard. Also, being at SassClass, in a room with other women who are truly celebrating me and cheering me on, has shown me that I can feel safe among other women rather than feeling a sense of competition or judgment. It has positively impacted my work life, my friendships, my relationships, and I'm forever grateful!"

"When I moved to NYC in the Summer of 2021, I regretted my decision at first. It was so hard to meet people. Taking the leap and joining SassClass was hands down the best thing I could have done for myself, and it completely turned around my New York experience. The women who gravitate to Sass are so similar to me - ambitious, adventurous, open-minded, and kind. I instantly formed connections and we began hanging out after class and making plans to take more classes together. I now have a community of friends who I not only dance with but who I can confidently call my closest friends, and I have SassClass to thank for that."
